Diverted to New York

On a flight home from the US and diverted to NY due to a medical emergency ….. any ideas / experience of how these things usually  play out : 2200 here

    Usually they get back under way in a few hours refuel etc if the crew is not out of hours they might get a replacement crew.

    An assuming it's AA730 out of Charlotte it should be underway  at 11 16pm
