There is just one week left in the Prediction League season, with
@GoOnYouHaddocks needing four points to be certain of taking the 2022-23 Trophy. Week 37 was a tough week; the highest score was 5 points. The only person achieving that score was

@alan dugdale all scored 4 points, but it was a week when getting the correct score was difficult in most matches.

@RickAddick continue their streaks of scoring 2+ and will be hoping to reach the landmark of 10 consecutive weeks this weekend. End-of-season blues are obviously affecting some competitors. Three people spelt Charlton wrongly. In the same week,

Am I right in thinking on all other weeks a missed prediction would give me an average score (perhaps 2 points guaranteed), but this is not available on the last week? Small margins at the elite end of the table and all that! Not that I would consider such a dastardly tactic.
I threw away at least one point earlier this year by putting the teams for one prediction the wrong way round and then applying what turned out to be a correct result against what I had written down. Unfortunately your program wasn't generous enough to pick this up and give me the benefit of the doubt... Couldn't believe it as I normally check carefully what I have put down before pressing 'post'.
For a while this year a big frustration was being four or so points off the Prem week after week and not being able to close the gap!
If we finish the season in League 1 after being in the Premier League not long ago then my position will become Untenable and I will be removed
So a big final week for me and my boys coming up, I feel we need a score of 3 minimum to keep me in my job next season
