Amady Faye possible answer at CB?

With all this talk of doom and gloom about being short of depth in the centre back department once Fortune & Diawarra leave, don't forget that at the beginning of last season Amady Faye was drafted into the side as an emergency centre back and in my humble opinion did a more than adequate job AGAINST PREMIERSHIP OPPOSITION so the championship would be a walk in the park for him converted to a solely defensive role at the club.

  • we only saw him there in a snippet though. It might be different more long term.

    He is very one-paced....
  • in the name of Richard Rufus NO

He's f****** pony anywhere. His second touch is a tackle

You might have a point but then we are even more exposed in central midfield if Faye is regarded as a centre half.
