longest serving Charlton player left?

edited August 2007 in General Charlton
Kish, Young & Lisbie are gone, if/when Fortune goes then which player has been here the longest?
Powell has probably played the most, but he doesn't count!

I presume it's Holland or Thomas unless you count Sankofa ??

  • Holland I think.
  • why wouldn't you count sankofa - the boy is a charlton player

Until the season before last he had only made one appearance (sub at Old Trafford), so he has only really been involvoed with the first team for two seasons. But if not in spirit then technically he is probably the answer to my question.
  • It's Sankofa then Matt Holland with Jerome Thomas in 3rd.

..Although I'm not sure when Lloyd Sam signed pro.
  • So let me get this right....

OUR CURRENT LONGEST SERVING PLAYING HAS MADE A GRAND TOTAL OF 14 APPEARANCES !!!

    brilliant !!
  • what about Chris Powell?

    Sad but true.

Another Friday fact - If Fortune does leave, this current squad is down to a total of 35 CAFC goals between the lot of them. Two less than Benty got in his two seasons..

I think he is discounted because his service has not been continuous.
