Sheffield Utd take money out of the EFL fund to pay for a player despite having rich owners and parachute payments get a transfer embargo from the EFL but know that it doesn't matter as they are going up anyway so didn't need to sign anyone in January(EFL fund will probably never see that money again as I assume when they get promoted to the premier league the transfer embargo is lifted as they are no longer a EFL team)
