I have a subscription for today's game but I just get a message saying my subscription does not cover it but my account say it does! I can't get a response from the website address -any ideas?

What browser are you using? Deleting your cookies/cache might help.

Yes-I got an email back from the club who sorted it after 20 minutes or so
