Morgan: 8 Good game from Albie. Nearly scored a great long range effort. McGrandles: 5 Poor even before he was injured. Fraser: 6 Fairly anonymous for much of the time. Needs to up his game. Blackett-Taylor: 7 Very quick, but not much else. In good position for well taken goal. Stockley: 6 Struggled a bit and dominated in air by central defender. Makes a big difference defensively at corners. Kirk: 7 A couple of lovely crosses. Looks much better when played in more attacking role. Dobson: 9 MOM. The game changed massively in our favour once he came on. He ran the game. Fairly sure we wouldn't have won if he hadn't replaced McGrandles. He absolutely must be a starter. If BG doesn't see that or we sell GD then I am worried. First name on my team sheet. Referee: 6 OK. Not terrible, but didn't give many of the 50:50s to Stockley.

Garner: Slightly worrying that he didn't start Dobson. Didn't see much of the promised style of play (apart from Derby in the first 30 minutes!). I am not convinced based on that one game, but he clearly needs more time to implement his plans. I think he will come good.
