Doing that has led me to make incorrect conclusions a number of times in the past, so I try not to now. That's not to say I think you're wrong, but that I'm wary of 'reading' something that isn't there. Others on here have previously been guilty of misrepresenting my views by erroneously reading between the lines of my posts too, so it's easily done.T said:I might be reading too much into the last post in the thread of Olly's Twitter.
Reading between the lines he's not welcome at the Valley?
Edit, Pleased for Olly👍0 -
Excellent news. Well done Olly, really well done.3

Sounds it, but if he's at Park View Road or on the road with the Wings, then he'd need to clone himself to be at The Valley anyway...T said:I might be reading too much into the last post in the thread of Olly's Twitter.
Reading between the lines he's not welcome at the Valley?Good on Olly for landing on his feet - really smart of Welling to take him on too.6 -
This cost saving business is costing a fortune. Easy isn't it...45

That’s a really bad look for TS. Especially given how popular Olly is at the club and all those years service. To have the court award Olly compensation means that TS acted unlawfully and ultimately means he’s a bad employer, there can’t be any denying it anymore18

It didn’t go to court. Sounds like TS paid up to avoid that.7

It will also mean that Olly will probably have had to sign a confidentiality agreement0

Ben Garner is fuming. That’s the January transfer budget out of the window.Scoham said:19 -
If Olly is happy with the way this issue has panned out, then I am too.
But, if only we had an owner who respected & rewarded the years of hard work given, together with the wealth of experience to draw on, then our Olly would still be working at the club he served SO well & where he was loved.
And not to forget the role he played in The Boardroom Confrontation which could have cost him his job....
What a waste of a loyal employee.
Word of warning, Thomas. Considering the conditions your staff are currently working under ( according to strong rumours...) , the attributes that Olly has in spades will be impossible to duplicate IMO.
Our loss is Welling's gain for sure.

Tbh I don’t think Olly’s time at Charlton is done and have a feeling that he may return further down the line. Only a hunch and the crossing of fingers!5

That's great news and justice has been served.
Hopefully that means more ex employees will and or can get money back they are owed!
Form a long orderly que for a whopping cash injection.
Sandgaard is a mug. Shooting himself in the foot with a hillbilly American farm yard idiot shotgun2 -
He didn't need to, everyone knows Sandgaard is a pratt.lancashire lad said:It will also mean that Olly will probably have had to sign a confidentiality agreement0 -

A suit an tie, foreign accent, Charlton scarf, premium directors box bovril in hand and wearing glasses = a new potential owner that might make an offer on the club!
