Does anyone have any flood defences for their home? If so what company have you used?

Well...I rely on the Thames Barrier personally. But likely a bit more expensive than you were planning for

I work for a local authority and get countless complaints that our fields are flooding neighbouring gardens.
I give up trying to explain the legal requirements and that water flows downhill and just refer them to the following site.http://bluepages.org.uk/
