    Sending you all best wishes.  Dont tell anyone, I watched the game on the iplayer the other night and it was so good to see Charlton play on the front foot, with energy and positivity after so long!  (something my own club Spurs haven't played with for a while!)
    Keep fighting, stay positive and most importantly, keep that smile on your face.

    It can be difficult to find the right words at times like this. If you're finding it tough Ben, just picture this lot, the whole Valley in fact, cheering you on to keep going. I dunno if the power of positive thinking will make a difference for you, but if it can then you've got huge supplies of it here. One thing you can say about the Charlton fanbase is that we may bicker like crazy over the most trivial things a lot of the time, but when we pull together amazing things can happen. I hope they do for you.
