The first of three volumes of my forthcoming book project, 'The Valiant 1000' is nearing completion and will feature biographies on the first 333 Charlton players (alphabetically A to H). It should be available early in 2022 and with 319 written and only 14 to go, the end is in sight. Thanks to all on Charlton Life who have endeavoured to assist with my various queries and may I now request contact details for Leroy Ambrose. I would like a few minutes of his time to check the accuracy of my info. I have a listing of 14 clubs for whom he played throughout his long career which stretched into the early 2000's when I believe he was still turning out in his 40's for Goldsmiths in the Orpington & Bromley League. If anyone can put me in contact with him, it would be greatly appreciated.
