Have You Seen that Young Lisbie's Scoring Stats.....LOL

edited July 2007 in General Charlton
Colchester United boss Geraint Williams will take a look at former Charlton striker Kevin Lisbie in Saturday's friendly at Heybridge Swifts.

Lisbie, 28, was released by Charlton at the end of last season after coming through the youth ranks at the Valley.

The Hackney-born Jamaican international scored 19 goals in 176 games for the Addicks, his only permanent club.

Lisbie has also enjoyed loan spells with Gillingham, Reading, Queens Park Rangers, Norwich and Derby County.

  • I love it, the 'Hackney Born' jamaican international!! ffs you couldnt make it up!
  • Thing is, you just know he'll score against us if Colchester sign him.
  • Without his hat traick against liverpool his goal tally would be a goal every 11 games, with it it is one in just over nine games.
  • Give him a chance people, so quick to judge you lot.
  • Don't forget......he scored 19 glorious goals for us.

If he'd scored that lot in one season, he would have been a legend........ ;-)
  • 19 bloody hell is that really all 3 of those in one game so that 16 in 175
  • what a wonderfull time kev had at our club, memories like the corners of my mind.
