I think he’s a lot better than the national league but then most Wrexham players are
I don't think there is a massive difference between the bottom half of league 1 and the top 5 or 6 teams in the conference. You don't seem to get clubs yo-yoing like Norwich and Fulham or Rotherham and Barnsley between league 1, 2 and the national league.
It's only Forest Green, I think, that were promoted and in the relegation zone or relegated and in the promotion places.
Even the managers are big names when you look at the big NL sides, as opposed to the non league regulars Wrexham - Phil Parkinson Chesterfield - Paul Cook

Jesus Christ - Even when someone scores a decent goal (which it was), its a poor decision or a bad cross that ended up going in. How many decent goals over the years have not been as intended by the scorer?

No one is bigger than Andy Woodman...
It's not just in their careers where Woodman and Southgate have diverged!

But the thing that stood out for me was "turnover is expected to exceed £20m for the first time next season". That is a crazy number for league two and i'd expect would be more than any club in league one as well.
Just saw that on sky sports news, Parkinson fuming apparently as said a reckless challenge by their keeper. More an injury you associate with road traffic accidents than football

Undrthecosh has an interview with him, a VERY funny geezer. Still a palice c*** though.

The nobody team that will be the next Man City, zzzzzz
They’re fine on target men with Ollie Palmer and Sam Dalby. IF anything it’s an Alfie May type they’ll be after.
Our friend Nixon reckons they're trying to sign James Norwood from Barnsley.
That would be a good move for them. Wouldn't be surprised if they also signed someone like a Conor Wickham too
I would be extremely surprised if they got Norwood . Despite all the paper talk their summer signings are Huddersfield’s 6th choice centre back ( free ) and resigning 40 goal keeper Foster .
Think he's a decent League 1 squad player who would definitely add something to our current squad, which would follow that he's a decent League 2 first team player, who gets presented to the Wrexham faithful as stunning New Years Day news when he signs a contract extension.

Seems to be enjoying life at Wrexham so fair play to him
