Do the club not announce the signed contracts of the youth or have none of those offered yet signed?  Seems very odd if they haven't and slightly worrying given the potential ability of a few of them.

Correct, it’s unlikely they’ve all turned their offers down. For whatever reason the club tends to mention they’ve been offered new deals and we have to wait and see if any have left.

@Ollywozere may be able to explain?

So of the 12 players we currently have 6 are out of contract at the end of this season.

Hopefully we won't be giving out any more 1 year contracts we can't go on like this.  I would like to see anyone that's a regular resigned by Christmas or potentially replaced in January.

Personally think Inniss (even with his 1 year option) and Washington will get new deals during the season. The rest probably decide at the end.

Should we be getting jittery about our lack of transfer activity and the number of players released by the club. is this the sign of a small transfer/squad budget.

That what I would like to see it's an area we need to be so much better at. 

Even someone like Gunter if he isn't first choice try and get him out and a replacement in in January.

I’ve checked today’s academy update on the OS and we’re down to three players who haven’t yet signed contracts - Matthews, JFC and Mingi.

There’s no mention of two u23s who were on trial last season, Oguntayo and Carvalho. That doesn’t confirm anything either way as they may have signed deals that just weren’t announced late last season.
