    Was so gutted when as a schoolboy saw us lose the last game of the season to Blackburn Rovers (1957-58).
    The nearly 30 years later this brilliant promotion. Shame about the crowds at Selhurst, for me living
    at Petts Wood at the time the journey didn't make much difference. Youngest daughter joined the
    Junior Reds - happy days!
