Very good, though obviously some didn't even make the bench for one reason or another. David Tuttle for example.shirty5 said:1 -

In my post Xmas malaise in trying to remember what day of the week it is, for a couple of seconds I had Bryan Hughes in my mind and obviously he played 74 games between 2004/07 and Stephen Hughes who started at Arsenal and had an impressive 49 games for the Gunners.
I was surprised that in a whole season in 2003/04 he didn't play a single game or a sub appearance considering 3 subs could be used !
Perhaps he had an injury in training or other reasons.
Rotation wasn't a thing back then so our midfield was hardly ever changed from memory.

Who was the young midfielder Dowie signed for around a £1m as some great prospect? Think he was bought from Leeds.0

Ignore, have seen someone already posted0

And here is the quote from the buffoon Dowie at the time: "Simon is a talented boy and he might surprise a few people".sam3110 said:0 -
In trying to remember Simon Walton I stubbled across a player called Mark Staunton. Wikipedia says we paid Celtic £110k for him and he played 43 games in 2006-07 season. Have no recollection of him ever playing for the first team, but do seem to remember a Staunton in our reserves a while back.0

Was Josh Staunton in the reserves who went on to have a solid National League career. Now head of Yeovil's U19s after retiring at 300

Remember signing him but don't think he played at all so not sure where that number has come from.PeakieRocket said:In trying to remember Simon Walton I stubbled across a player called Mark Staunton.
