  • Some of you need about 6 arms!
20 at least! You can never have enough watches and buy the right one's and they are appreciating assets.

    I got 13 I think.

Nothing more expensive than a Pelagos though. My wallet won’t stretch to @bobmunro levels unfortunately. 😄
  • Spearfish Diver from Zelos is very well regarded…..and they also do a skeletonised version @ct_addick

Two main micro brands on my radar currently are Pitzmann (S Korean) and Wise (Thailand).

I do have a Wise ADX GMT - and the quality of the finish for the price is incredible.
    Cheers…lovely skeleton watch the Skyraider

Longines catalog is hard to beat for breadth and value. Go for it mate.
  • Do it @Rob7Lee. Their heritage watches are lovely. I have a 1945 Automatic.

It's more around the likelihood of divorce as I already have something a little more special on order I'm yet to admit to!  :D

  • Double delivery today. Found the Zelos on eBay. Even the packaging is ridiculous quality. Comes with a leather watch roll with space for 3 watches.
  • I really like that Christopher Ward one mate

  • Anyone have a bell and Ross? Been offered one (40mm BR05) at a decent price, going to try it on for size (I tend to go for smaller sizing due to small wrists!)

I used to have a Bell&Ross 03-51 GMT and I’m sorry to say I got rid of it after having had to have it repaired 3 times in the 2 years I had it. It was repaired each time under guarantee but I was not happy in view of how much I paid for it.
In the end I swapped it for a Tissot.

    For your wife or girlfriend?
  • Got my eye on this as my next purchase. It's used (obviously) any of the resident experts have an idea as to it's value? I am a complete ludite with Omega. Know nothing about them.

Just fell in love with the Ice Blue colour of this Swiss-made automatic Roamer Searock 1 42mm from their 2024 collection. Not in the Omega/Breitling price bracket but still a pretty penny or two. It has the STP1-11, 26 jewels movement which, apparently, out-performs the esteemed ETA 2824-2 movement it is said to have copied. On its way to Orpington.

    Any idea what reference?

Interesting. It's listed well below that. Now wondering if it's moody. Although it does have the original box and warranty card...

I was offered one middle of last year for £15-1600 but too big for my skinny wrists. £2,200 is a lot for one of those unless mint.

  • After picking up a Zelos last month I have been down a bit of a Microbrand rabbit hole.

Took delivery of this today. Absolutely love the ultra distressed look. Ridiculously good value as well.

Any Christopher Ward fans might be interested in this. Just had an email announcing the new C60 Sapphire Crystal. Absolutely love it myself. Have a feeling my wallet is going to take another pounding when it comes out in a couple of weeks!

  • Looks great, what size and how much do you reckon it will on for?

Thanks Bob, my sort of go to size. Will pay a bit more interest to CW 👍
