  • Come on Charlton. Grab a draw.
  • It looks like a team that’s core has been playing together for 4-5 years against a group of recently assembled lads that aren’t on the same wavelength.

  • Brennan Johnson skips through three Charlton men on the attack, he fails to keep the ball in play though and the away side get a throw. ___________________________________ 83

Foul by Anthony Scully (Lincoln City).

  • Not sure what’s happened with Davison. Trusted to start games in the Championship but left on the bench two weeks running when the front two have been struggling to assert themselves.
Was he trusted to start last season or did Bowyer have no choice due to injuries?
  • Fourteen shots but only 2 on target, says it all.
Half of them were blocked or deflected though
  • Brainless Deji
  • Pity that cross whizzed over everyone.

  • Credit to Lincoln for mugging off the ref this game!!

Another foul this time on Doughty simply to slow our attack that the ref buys in a instant

I don’t think they count blocks, which have been a substantial amount of the chances we’ve had. Some of those definitely were on target.

Alfie Doughty (Charlton Athletic) wins a free kick in the defensive half.

  • Going to be a busy week transfer wise for Gallen and Bow. Some of our players need to know that their positions in the team arent guaranteed.
  • bonne to become the focus of our frustrations, we mid table , no teeth, definitely need a new striker.

‘Blowing through league one’ is definitely not happening as it stands
  • Can’t see us scoring.
  • Jonny Williams is trying to create opportunities for Charlton but the Imps remain strong. The away side have a corner. ___________________________________ 86’

Saw this coming a mile off!

It is always the fucking same with us, euphoria then a feeble wet fart!
  • We have no cutting edge at all.
  • Not sure what’s happened with Davison. Trusted to start games in the Championship but left on the bench two weeks running when the front two have been struggling to assert themselves.
He wasn't ready for the championship but our situation forced Bowyers hand. As it did with Bonne
Have to say I expected more from him in league one but his heart don't look in it. That could be because his agents a but of a prick. Who knows
If I was Bowyer I'd seriously listen to offers for him
  • Barker getting booked now.
  • It looks like a team that’s core has been playing together for 4-5 years against a group of recently assembled lads that aren’t on the same wavelength.
Lincoln have 7 new players this season, Cowley's team has been dismantled

  • The Imps clear the corner, City break with Brennan Johnson bursting forward, it looks like Charlie Barker is pulling his shirt but the ref ignores it. ___________________________________ 86’
