Trouble is how will the covered end ever think up a song for him.5

Beadle comes from a proper Charlton family and his dad’s a great bloke, played for the old supporters CIFC team.3

Miles joined last season after being released by Chelsea
He was attracting interest from about 23 teams including Villa, Rangers, Leeds and Leicester and went on trial to a few but had a trial at Charlton, did very well (including scoring against Chelsea and others) so Steve Avory signed him up.
He lives very locally and, obviously his parents may have been a factor in him choosing Charlton.
And the most important thing for CL. After a teenage growth spurt he's now 6' 4"11 -

If he could score at only double his father’s rate, he’ll become a legend in no time. Well, in about 250 games.Henry Irving said:Miles joined last season after being released by Chelsea

Good luck to all of them. Hopefully the takeover goes through and the best hang around for a few years through our rise to the Champions League!2
