RECS WANTED - Experienced builder for 2 storey extension

My criteria for consideration is non negotiable due to an extremely bad experience some 20 years ago. 
I have planning permission for a two storey extension to my home. The works include extensive internal remodelling to existing home. My criteria for initial consideration are 

• Integrity and honesty are a must
• Demonstrable experience and examples of previous works
• References and the ability to speak with previous customers
• Flexible approach and ability to co-create solutions 
• Demonstrable ability to deliver on time , task and on budget
• Able to complete the works this calendar year ( may possibly be some flexibility here for outstanding person/team)

Hoping there may be a couple of lifers out there -

Hi - I used an excellent builder about 6 years ago for a significant alteration to a listed building.

The guys are excellent.  Master builders, very reasonable rates, always finished on time, very tidy.  Never had to spec anything in any detail, the quality was always high.  Real can-do attitude, always looked to solve problems, not tell you why things couldn't be done.  Initially had them on a fixed budget but was soon able to trust them on time and materials.

My go to guys whenever I need any building done and they have a good network of tradesmen.  Kent based.
