You can use this html code, replacing the appropriate bit with the image location and alternative text, in case some browser doesn't load it right:

Then choose "html" from the "Format Comment as:" option above the "Add your comments" button. Bingo!
I'll see if I can't work something into the BBCode format bar above to make it easier.
Also, as a tip, if you go back to the comment where I inserted the image, or whichever comment you see and want to know how the user did something, then click "block comment" by the "quote" button. Then it will show you the coding that makes the Comment look as it does (This is really for those who are at work, for instance, and want to block all code and colour from posts). Then you can unblock the comment after.
