It surprised me that we sang throughout the match but I too thought it was somewhat embarrassing with continous songs about Foolams poor support when ours has been piss poor for sometime. Was it a case of it being the only time it could be sung?
I am all for the showing passion but we really needed our vocal support to support our playeres and team; F@*k Foolham et al.
It was a pleasure to have met Curbit and AFKA outside the 8 bells.
Question: What will people do if we lose on Saturday?
I ask this as this is a first situation for Charlton fans in a long while dating back before Lennie was the manager when we are looking at maybe getting rid of the manager. Do we stick it out and offer support or do what other fans of other clubs do and demo outisde the ground calling for the managers head. This is really a first for charlton fans and I am bit confused on what people would do.

Its a good question. I think there will be a big step up in vocal dissent if we lose, but i still think its more frustration that actual displeasure at the moment. If in 4 games time we are still on 3-4 points, then expect a large contingent to be in the West Stand car park after the game.
i reckon the fans could be pretty divided over this. after some of the things last night, nothing some charlton fans shout out surprises me these days.
i don't think it'd happen as soon as saturday, although i'm sure a few people will be making their feelings known on saturday during the game.
personally, i wo'nt let it bother me saturday but, reckon at xmas i'll be worried, although i don't think dowie's tactics are necessarily to blame. i can see the difference between him and curbs, and the attacking/defending differences. we just need a bit of advice from someone who's tactics lie somewhere in the middle of the two ;-)
Hat - Last night you were firmly behind marching around to the west stand car park with your Dowie out placard, if we lost on Saturday. You now seem to have softened slightly and be a bit more unsure.............
I thought Les Reed would play an integral part in the whole tactics thing - especially defensively.
Robbo and ID were both attacking players (and young relatively in-experienced caoches/managers) and understandably this is how they want the team to play.
The fact of the matter is though, if you don't concede goals then you don't lose games.

Two weeks to go...
afraid not, he is a very handsome young man. Curb It would let him sit on her knee any day of the week.
Nice to meet you WSS, though i wasn't actually sure it was you at the time !
I don't believe we are anywhere near last chance saloon so don't see the beneift in answering hypothetical what-if questions !
