Don’t know it but aren’t abandoned stadiums sad to see - I used to break into The Valley when we were at Selhurst and it always made me cry
Was it easy to get into the ground then? I never thought about trying.
Yeah - there was always a turnstile door kicked open and in you went - you could go anywhere - changing rooms, boardroom etc (had to take a torch) - I have loads of programmes that had been dumped behind West Stand - the executive boxes at the rear of the West Stand had all their windows stoved in and were laying on the seats in front - I even took a ball once and scored in front of covered end !!!
Oh and I took a girlfriend in once and we had it off in the Covered End !!!
