Looked off the pace throughout but still played a vital role in front of the defence Oztumer: 7.5 He looked fitter than ever and was a constant influence in our attacks. The tight turn towards the end of the first half that left two defenders trailing was brilliant. Davis: 7.5. Another player who calmly and efficiently went about his business, and was only really noticed when he took that caution for the team. Doughty: 6. Did some good defensive work early on but didn't look to have that electrifying pace of a few weeks ago. Might need a bit of a break, or to come off the bench Taylor: 9. Edged MOTM for me, not so much for the finish, but for constantly giving the Forest centre backs a hard time and for showing incredible energy levels and desire chasing the ball down in the closing stages. Hemed: 8. His best performance for us so far, looking fitter each week and showing for the ball throughout. There were signs of a good partnership developing with Taylor, but he really needs a goal. McGeady: 6. Didn't notice him much going forward but showed a good attitude and work rate doing his defensive work. Purrington: 8. I thought we would lose our attacking edge when he came on for Doughty, but as well as making some great interceptions, he threatened more than Alfie when going forward. Referee: 8. Must have been good as I really didn't notice him. Don't agree he should have given Lyle more fouls as we all know he can go down too easily and is almost impossible to knock off the ball if he wants to stay on his feet!

Nothin got past him and that was the best assist EVER!!!!! Pissed myself laughing when he almost scored an own goal from the restart Matthews: 8 first half really good. Couple of wayward passes. Second half they targeted our left so he was quite quiet. Probably a mixture of knowing they won’t beat him and seeing a weakness is Doughty. Cullen: 8 his long range passing was brilliant. He’s the engine that keeps everything moving. Oztumer: 8 lost it a few times but ran his little socks off and was creating chances. Davis: 7 we didn’t miss Pratley with him in the middle. Reliable. Doughty: 7 they were scared of him in possession. Defensively weak but that’s to be expected. There were a few times where he was hesitant to carry the ball forward as it left us exposed at the back.
