Blade Runner (NOT Oscar Pistorious) .. Thanks Paulie ((:>)

Nothing to do with London crime. The original movie was set in a fictional November 2019 (in Los Angeles), not a lot has come to pass .. or has it ?

  • Hope they tag the correct leg...

  • theres a programme at 10.45 tonight on this. BBC radio 3. also another on the music by Vangelis tomorrow.

as far as i remember from the film it has some technology thats come to pass like voice recognition for homes (amazon alexa) and camera phone technology (skype) other than that not a huge amount. no flying cars and no replicants... as such.

  • also when is Atari making a comeback??
  • Wasn't meant to be  a "prediction" about 2019.

Just a story about how the world might have turned out.

Fiction writers do not usually believe their stories will actually happen!
