The Wednesday players at HT found the kit clash affected the game too0 -

Definitely a problem from a distance, IMO.6 -
I started a club recently and I asked the kit supplier for two sets of shorts for each kit. We don't really have a first choice set. We just mix and match according to whatever the opposition are wearing.
Teams are allowed to wear the same colour shorts, but not the same colour socks as apparently that makes it harder for the linos to figure out who kicked the ball for throw-ins. Still, I don't get why any team would be happy to have the same shorts as the oppo.3 -

Loving the new series! The borrowing of the dad’s shoes for graduation was a cracker 😂 hope all goes well for the season!JiMMy 85 said:I started a club recently and I asked the kit supplier for two sets of shorts for each kit. It's quite common for teams to wear the same coloured shorts, e.g. earlier in the season against the Spanners.JiMMy 85 said:I started a club recently and I asked the kit supplier for two sets of shorts for each kit. Thanks mate! Just finishing episode 4 here. I make an absolute fool of myself in footgolf and have to decide whether or not to keep it in!Pelling1993 said:

Oxford v the spanners yesterday, no need for this, had the 🔧 played in their home kit or even their black & red kit.3 -
There's no excuse for kit clashes these days with most clubs having 3 kits as well. The home club kit is always well known - the away club should therefore avoid any sort of clash - no need for both clubs to wear white shorts.
Even if it means 'mixing' up kits a bit.
Always liked it when we sometimes wore Red shirt Black shorts1 -

Think that's just a poor quality photo. Doesn't seem so bad in this one:guinnessaddick said:

I took the photo from the highlights, I would say the difference is your photo is in daylight, mine from later in the game, under floodlights.Chris_from_Sidcup said:
