Hull forced into 2 subs at 2 seperate times in the first half.
Limits what they can do in the 2nd half
They can still make three stoppages can't they as these were enforced?
Can they?
I was watching a game the other day cant remember which one and a team made a sub due to injury in the first half and the commentators said they only had 2 stoppages left in the 2nd half to make there subs now
Would be weird if they could make extra just because they were inforced lol, othsrwise surely if you have run out of stoppages a manager could tell a player to pretend to be injured so he could make an extra sub?
What if you had a player injured in the first five mins? Then another after 10? Then another after 20?
Are you forced to play with ten men until later so you can save your subs up or would you have to make all of your subs by 20 mins? Seems like the kind of situation where exceptions should be made.
Draw is the best result IMO! Anybody who thinks Boro are automatically out of this just because they have Warnock is slightly deluded! They are just as bad as Hull!

But then what does a club if that were the case when only three subs can be made - You get plenty of incidents in games were teams are forced down to ten men due to injury
Of course its usually later in the game but I reckon there will be a scenario one day when a team gets three injuries in the first half so cant make anymore subs
Hell it almost happened to us against Bristol City last year when we lost Forster-Caskey and Field within minutes of each other midway through the first half
Agree in normal circumstances but the idea of giving five subs in the first place was to provide extra rotation for fitness reasons.
Seems silly to me to enforce restrictions to the point where you only get three subs (because who’s going to make unnecessary changes after 20 mins?) and the other team gets five.

Either way it's good that it's not a comfortable win for them, with them able to rest players

If you just pull the player back (like David Luiz) it's a red card and penalty

Hull can make changes at half time and then again only once in the second half.
Can't see them staying up
We look like world beaters compared to these two sides.

He's the sort of player that is class in one League yet cant make the step up to the one above it
