The last time West Ham done the double over Chelsea they got relegated

    Summed up fairly nicely!

    That's West ham safe unfortunately.

I didn't want that result, but it was the sort of ding dong battle and shock scoreline that the PL needed, as so far the games have lacked excitement, being either tepid or too one sided

How exactly does that make them safe? Are the other teams not going to get 3 or more points between now and the end of the season.?

Have you seen Bournemouth and Villa lol, they will be lucky to get 1 point between now and the end of the season

You've answered your own question there.

West ham staying up probably increases our chances of keeping Cullen next season.
    Every cloud and all that.

    Another VAR joke.

Moura fouled and as he’s going down the ball gets smashed against the back of his shoulder, falls to Kane and he scores.

Disallowed for handball, which is ridiculous.

But why no Spurs free kick then?

I dont get that, it was a foul on moura ref played advantage and they scored it was then disallowed for handball.

So surely it should be a Tottenham free kick for the initial foul as there was no advantage

Doesn’t even look like it hit Mouras arm. Crap from VAR.

Can VAR give a free kick?

I think it was last nights game they were checking a possible penalty the ref in the studio said he believed it was a foul but as it occurred just outside the area VAR couldn’t give anything, if it had been half a yard further forward they could have called it back for a penalty.

    All about that consistency eh.

Feel sorry for the refs. There is no way he would give that normally. The rules are awful.

Looking at the table, Newcastle are just 3 points below Spurs now

Good to see Foden doing well against a bigger team

Now what is the difference between the ball bouncing off Edersons arm outside  the area and Mouras handball?

I’d love City to keep their foot on the gas in the 2nd half and win 7 or 8 nil

Wont be surprised if they do... they'll no doubt be annoyed over losing the title and will want to send Liverpool a message ahead of next season

In a year's time hopefully Foden will be doing this in the Euros

He was made the scapegoat but, there again, he wasn't having the greatest of games - gave the penalty away for the first and Sterling got the better of him for the second too.

Having said that, the Liverpool defence looks even worse in the first 5 minutes of this half.
