Sitting watching FF and there’s an item about the Man City players paying for coaches for fans. The presenter asked an older guy what he thought of the gesture and that it meant they had a bit of cash to buy something to eat/drink etc, and he turned round and said a broad Manc accent “it’s great, we can get larruped now”.

The presenter laughed but don’t think it was the answer he was looking for.

    Blimey, where's that booking form for the old people's home? I don't seem to understand a thing about modern life anymore.

    Watching that, it was nice to check out Wembley knowing we'll be there next weekend!
