Still no minutes,
Treating fans who couldn't go as scum, what are they hiding, anything to stop Corbyn, wibble, wibble2 -
Looks like Roger Johnson came straight from the Millwall Brighton match (that is TJ in the hat, isn’t it?)3

A bloody lovely night had by all.
No trouble, no hassle just a lot of people showing appreciation for Chris's service
Lovely food, lovely company and I got to go home with a signed pair of Nick Pope's gloves! Cracking night2 -
LOL at Ajose being there.Charlton_Stu said:1 -
Ajose and Kermorgant were bidding against each other for a signed, framed Bradley Wright-Phillips shirt. Ajose won it but the auctioneer was giving him pelters for not being as rich as Yann. He also said next year Ajose could bid for Lyle Taylor's shirt if he was also one of his heroes....JaShea99 said:

When the auctioneer asked Kermorgant why he couldn't spare more money as he's made a fortune from the game he simply said "I will call Brad and get one for free"27 -
Sounds like a great night, really pleased for Solly and well done you for organising it. Just curious though why would there have been any trouble or hassle?Swisdom said:A bloody lovely night had by all.

Slightly surprising that there seemed to be a lot more former players (including fairly recent ones like Lennon, Holmes, Ajose and Johnson) than current ones. Indeed I can only see Dillon, Lyle and JFC of the current team

Because there was hope that Andy Hughes would be karate kicked in the balls for pinching Grant!!Nug said:

Also love the cheeky look on Waggy's face as he peers out from behind Sue Parkeskillerandflash said:Slightly surprising that there seemed to be a lot more former players (including fairly recent ones like Lennon, Holmes, Ajose and Johnson) than current ones. Its the look of someone who's about to hold a small sign above her head saying: "Roland Out"

Didn't realise vol-au-vents were on the menu last night.ForeverAddickted said:

I didn’t expect any trouble but as it St Patrick’s day meant a few people were enjoying themselves...a lot.
at the Q&A there were some people who were abusive to Richard Murray and that soured things a bit. This went without a hitch which was nice - even if some of the players there may have had the potential to be a little divisive
i can’t take the credit for organising it there is a committee of people doing that. I just mucked in.
The most important bit of all though was Chris had a great night...and his wife didn’t go into labour 😂5 -
My "lot" had a very enjoyable evening, complete with very nice meal, a lovely singer and a magician who visited every table during the dinner.
It was great to see the ex players in attendance including Roger " Peaky Blinders" Johnson.
Grandson, Will was very happy to take home his raffle prize of a signed pair of Chris Solly's boots after he & Pippa had a lovely pic with Lyle Taylor ...what's not to like.
Tracey Leaburn was here, there & everywhere throughout the evening & made a special point of bringing " young" Kevin Lisbie to our table to chat with @GlassHalfFull as she had promised.
Jason Morgan & Tracey had clearly worked very hard alongside Chris to make the evening such a success which it was.
Now we have to ensure the forthcoming POTY dinner emulates it.
No pressure, Fanny, Ian & Marilyn....6 -
Was Murray there?0

Too many people nicey nicey to the lemons running our club down , Murray is complicit with this regime and deserved the minimal grief he received at the 20th anniversary dinner for the play offs .
you could say there’s a time and a place , well that’s the nearest I’ve been to him at the valley for years .

Surprised to see Holmes at Solly's do if he was supposed to be such an unpopular disruptive influence.0
