  • I think the point of the sword more or less corresponds to the CL Height Test
  • New Roland wouldn’t let us down it’s the new lookman
  • He looks far too happy....we'll soon slap that out of him
If he wants to be a proper footballer, he needs to scowl

"He’s an excellent creative midfielder with a great eye for the final ball. He works really hard out of possession as well being tricky and quick on the ball."

    Roland's next million pound sale?
  • Huddersfields next star right there.
  • So did big Waz. 4 in 4.
  • Sniffing around then Bostik for new players. How desparate are we?

    Seriously, good luck Ibbi!
  • Signed a deal with Rochdale.
  • Good luck to him, talented but small.

  • Started for Rochdale in League 2, will be interesting to see how his season goes and if releasing him was a mistake.
  • Really liked Odoh. Will keep an eye out for him.
  • Harrogate Town have signed forward Abraham Odoh from Rochdale on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

The 22-year-old scored four goals in 91 games for Dale, who triggered a new deal this summer following their relegation to the National League.

Signed for Peterborough after a successful season at Harrogate.
  • Pleased for him, small but tidy player.
  • Always a tidy player who had a trick but decision making let him down a bit.  Definitely had talent though.  Darragh MacAnthony was saying he's the number on target and they are delighted to have signed him...now I know they often get their signings right but I'm surprised hee's that high up on the list
  • Feels more like a work in progress squad signing rather than a starting player for a L1 team targeting promotion, seeing that they've lost Mason-Clark and Clarke-Harris, 2 of their top 3 scorers this season.
  • Peterborough are at a cross roads this season I think.  Potential large sell on clauses on Toney and Szmodics if they move and 3-4 very saleable players with 12 months left on their contracts which could see multiple £m's coming in... But £20M or so of debt racking up interest at 12-19%pa typically which needs repaying.
So funds in quite likely to simply be used as debt repayment rather than transfer fees I suspect.
Incidentally I was on their fans forum the other day scanning through bored and noticed their fans talking about promotion rivals for next season. Relegated teams, Bolton, Barnsley, Wigan, Reading and Lincoln all got a mention.  We didn't. Hits home how far we have fallen that we are not seen as worthy of a mention in that context !!

Wait too long and they’d miss out. No doubt we don’t hear as often about their signings that don’t work out.

It works for them, but not so well they they’ve established themselves in the Championship like say Luton did.

He's that high on their list as they have financial problems.
