Referee: 7 another decent official, not bad since the turn of the year.

Phillips: 7.5 one great save in particular and looked solid, very much deserves to keep his place. Can tell he is fighting for it which is great.
Solly: 7 much prefer him at right back, everything works better when we are balanced.
Bauer: 7 solid enough, not been as brilliant as he has been in previous seasons but he is good enough. Should really score soon.
Sarr: 8 love Naby, what more do you want? Can play, can pass, defend, very good.
Purrington: 7 solid and balanced. Kept hold of the ball well when he got it.
Bielik: 7.5 cruises through games, the move into midfield helped us massively.
Pratley: 8 that finish was superb, worked hard, I like him.
Morgan: 6 weak link yesterday but you get that from young players who are new to the first team.
Williams: 9 class above, bossed it. Top player.
Taylor: 8 don't need to say anything, just a typical Taylor performance.
Grant: 8 he may have missed a number of chances but you can't score them all, you have to credit the keeper too. He got his goal and was still in those positions, well played.
Lapslie: 7 right change and right time, good to have him back in the squad.

    Waterfall was playing for Shrewsbury.

Does that explain the number of Stone Roses tracks they played before the game?

And Waterfall ...... having read the match report in the Shrewsbury newspaper.
They reckon he played a big part in our win.

He certainly should be given the assist for Taylor's goal, heading against his own post for Taylor to score from the rebound. Sorry, Morgan.

Maybe we can change Sarr's song!
He’s not from Senegal, he doesn’t like the Spanners.

Referee: 5- felt he gave Taylor a card harshly otherwise average

Phillips: 7 - a number of good saves.
Solly: 6 - pretty standard game i thought
    Bauer: 6 - solid
Sarr: 7 - a few great tackles and balls out.
Purrington: 6 - decent debut, nothing exceptional but looked good defensively
Bielik: 8.5 - MOTM. Seemed to win everything, shut down numerous attacks and was the lynchpin of our defense.
Pratley: 6.5 - good finish, silly yellow.
Morgan: 6 - a player in him for sure but some poor balls/decision making at time.
Williams: 7.5 clearly quality. Great ball control and passing. Dangerous.
Taylor: 8 - a nuisance which facilitates a lot of our attacks. Workrate is unparallelled.
Grant: 7 - 3 one on ones he didn finish but great penalty he earnt and looked a threat throughout
Lapslie: 6.5- workrate and was effective whilst on

    Marshall: n/a
    Dijksteel: n/a

    Didn't see Taylor get booked?
My bad haha. Don't why I thought he had then.
