My little brother was born on the 5th - loves it being back to the valley day - but as much as I love him I don't know he is a great thing to happen to world π
My late grandmother's birthday was December 5. She'd passed away a good few years before the return to The Valley but she loved both Charlton and The Valley so would have regarded 5 December 1992 as a wonderful birthday present.
Her parents married on 5 December and one of her brothers was born on 5 December too.
Always gutted about missing the Kim Grant Millwall match. I remember feeling under the weather, and it was snowing. And we were bound to lose anyway...

Probably the best Millwall away game I've been to. Sorry you missed it mate.

I was fortunate enough to see us win there 2.0 in the late 70s. So not a wind up. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my experience at the old den very much in those days
