Am dreading January if you-know-who is still around - and I'm sure he will be. In most NORMAL clubs run by most NORMAL owners if a team is nicely situated in the play-off spot at Christmas and a manager knocks on the owners door and asks for money to give the team a realistic chance of promotion, then most NORMAL owners would get their cheque book out.
We, on the other hand, do not have a NORMAL owner. If Taylor is till banging in the goals and if BFG and Aribo are playing well, our ABNORMAL owner will be selling, not buying. Merry Christmas one and all!!0 -
