    Damo - I wouldn't rush back to work and i would stop worrying about it. It will be pretty clear to all after losing so much weight how unwell you have been. Sounds really grim.

    It's a horrible feeling. I remember i was ill a few years ago. No idea what caused it but i remember Ian coming in and saying he's read up and the experts say eat blueberries, they are really good for this. I ate a load of them. I have never eaten once since. The pain.

    Never had it for long, but a few years back had some sort of 24 hour food bug. Had a shower and went to bed feeling rough - woke up and realised that my arse was going to explode and ran to the toilet - I didn't make it in time.

    My wife had to clean up after me as I felt too rough and, this is no lie, she had to clean my liquid spurt off the ceiling. We still (sort of) laugh about it to this day.
