Steer: 6.5 - Not a lot to do. Distribution was spotty, not quite as bad as the iFollow commentators made it out to be, not as good as it has been in recent weeks. Did well to come for the high ball on a couple of occasions. Didn't lose focus on the couple half chances they did have--and that's a vastly underrated skill.
Dijksteel: 6.5 - Standard from him. Solid on the ball. Good 1-v-1. Positionally suspect. One day we'll see him in midfield and get a better gauge of just what exactly he's capable of.
Biliek: 8 - MOTM. Class.
Pearce: 7 - Solid if unspectacular. He didn't have a whole lot to do and he didn't do a whole lot wrong, but if we've learned anything in the last few weeks it's just how much he relies on Bauer to deal with danger outside the 18, so he can deal with it inside the 18. And just how badly we miss Bauer as a team.
Solly: 7.5 - Gets up and down that left hand flank very well. Did a good job today. He can cross, and cross decently, with his left. It's a shame he doesn't use that more often.
Reeves: 7.5 - Often dictated play in midfield and had a hand in the build up to both goals. When he plays well, and we play through him, we play well.
Cullen: 8 - A wonderful job once again today, one errant pass aside.
Aribo: 7.5 - Much better from him. Much, much better than last week. Good goal. Generally more involved. Did his doggies. Credit to him.
Ward: 6.5 - The less time he has to think the better he is. Takes up clever positions but drifts in and out too much for me and is good for a technical mistake or two. Good free kick, unlucky not to score. At times very good, at others anonymous. In many ways he's a poor man's Billy Clarke (which, I suspect, is why his loan runs until Jan 1).
Taylor: 6.5 - A good example of why he's good at this level but has never played above it. Great assist for Karlan's goal. Generally when the ball went up to him it didn't stick. Got into physical battles with their defenders that he didn't always win. Perhaps wasn't full fit. I'd be a bit surprised if we see him Tuesday night.
Grant: 7.5 - Good, if somewhat fortunate, goal. His running caused them problems. Once again, when the ball went forward to him it didn't always stick, and if he improves his hold-up/link-up play he'll be a really good striker Champo level I think. Keeps getting goals. Shows what confidence can do for a player.
Vetokele: 6 - Won it two or three times in the area. I was desperately willing him to score. But ultimately, as has been the case all season, he comes on and works hard but doesn't get much service. If Taylor is missing for Tuesday I think he's done enough to earn a starting spot. The problem is he and Karlan like to take up similar positions, so it won't be ideal. Nonetheless, I feel like if you get him service, he can punish teams at this level.8 -

Referee: 9 he was in complete control which did not allow the continual foul play we have been up against before. The “over stepping” at the free kick for 10 yards seemed right to measure to me as the defence made him walk around them and not in a straight line.
