My spread on Jennings is 8-10

Happy to eat plenty of humble pie!

A very small slice of pie......

...........but, of course, in the land of the blind, this might be a much larger slice!

    Ali gone first ball.

41 required to avoid the follow-on, 4 wickets in hand.

Odds? Very short, I'd have thought ...

This is like the England of old.
I thought we had put these types of collapses behind us.
    Obviously not

It's just a shame that we didn't have any tall "fast" bowlers to pick from.

Curran better get some runs then!
    Broad is slower than Jimmy!

We could have taken Liam Plunkett, we could have taken Plunkett to Australia last year too but the management run the team on a pigeonhole basis and Plunkett is pigeonholed as limited overs bowler.

Don't worry......England practiced for this in the 2 warm up games. Looking to be 100 for 14 at the close.

I was of the belief that Joe Denly was only out there to carry the drinks but the way this lot are batting I would be banging on Root's door asking not whether I am coming in but who I am coming for.

Ashley Giles has got to take a lot of the blame for this.
