My ratings may seem low but I don't see how a keeper who doesn't even attempt to save and can't kick the ball deserves higher than a 2 and a defense that leak in 5 don't deserve much either.

No cause he's a left footer playing right side centre back being instructed to pass it out from the back when he can't naturally do it on that side, hence all the faffing around on that right side and panic passes back to the goalie

Usually it wouldn't matter but imo if you are getting your team to play it out from the back and wanting them to pass you can't have a left footer on the right side unless he is competent with both feet, Pearce ain't much of a passer so I think he was put in the wrong position today or at least used wrong
