We're used to being the 'nice underdog'. We've already discussed the pressure next season of being favourites. I'm not sure we'll be seen as that 'nice' anymore either. Here are a few grudges for starters:
Blackpool - we were part of the stitch up that sent them down all those years ago by a fluke set of results
Colchester - Kins, Iwelumo and Parky
Coventry - Dowie
Crystal Palace - no need to comment!
Hull - Parkinson link
Ipswich - stole all their players on the cheap and have dallied over selling DB putting them in financial difficulties
Plymouth - Didn't we send Steve Sutherland there once?
Sheff Utd - We haven't supported their legal action
Sheff Wed - Magic
Southampton - We didn't approach Burley about the job when Curbs left
Stoke - We loaned them Jon Fortune
West Brom - Deano will be well up for it
Could be a tough season!
