What on earth was he playing at, he could easily of killed the bloke.

I cant believe anyone would actually do that, the sport is dangerous enough as it is.
If the other rider hadnt regained his composure then Romano Fenati could easily be up on a manslaughter charge

His team should have sent him straight out the back of the garage and said never come back.
Shameful that they haven’t done that yet - though maybe they still will.

A few weeks ago in the middle a bike race up here I watched two scousers literally shoving and throwing punches at each other at 50km/h after arguing about who should be chasing the break up the road (they both should have been - they had four riders each in the race and neither of them had a man in the break). If they had come down, highly likely they'd have taken out several other riders with them./ People do stupid things in races - any kind of races. It's the equivalent of the 'red mist'.0

I recall last season Vettel driving into Hamilton in anger! I don't think it is excusable though - Vettel got off too lightly, but it wasn't as dangerous as this. When the punishments are harsh, people will control their tempers better!0

It's entirely possible. Scouse bike riders seem to be a living tribute to the Harry Enfield scousers. It won't surprise you to learn that I'm quite a mouthy prick when I'm racing - but all the scouse teams are something else. I was there over the weekend and it was great watching him claw back the lead. Yeah, I was there too. An excellent event (helped by Maserati paying and not me!). And a good opportunity to drool over some of the machinery. I understand an Austin J40 pedal car sold for £6.5k at the auction......gulp! Shame about the Cortina's massive crash though - I guess that's a write-off?DaveMehmet said:

One slight disappointment was the lack of air displays. There's usually a few throughout the weekend but they just had 3 spits and a hurricane do a few flypasts first thing Saturday and presumably the same on Sunday (we got there too late to catch it)0
