Feel a bit sorry for Ajose. He’s working fairly hard but every time he zigs everyone else in a red shirt zags. It’s been particularly bad between him and Grant, none of the natural understanding that Grant seems to have with Taylor.1

Overall, a general lack of quality in the movement off the ball and the decision making with the ball, coupled with not pressing them enough when they have the ball. Other than that, fine.0

How Akinfenwa hasnt been booked I will never know.
Standing infront of the ball every free kick, 3 or 4 littls digs on Pearce and then that foul before HalfTime0 -

Dreadful first half hour, but been the better side since the goal. Slice of fortune to score, but came from our first decent move of the match and we forced the error.
Done a better job of keeping the ball down since we equalised. Grant’s pace has troubled them and there have been more penetrative forward passes than I’ve seen from us for a while.
Taylor’s hold up play has been excellent, and Pearce - what a warrior, he’s having a lovely old time battling with Akinfenwa and has had the better of it so far.2 -
Watching on i-follow....nothing to say really other than in the first 30 minutes we weren't in it. We looked sluggish and our passing was mainly terrible. However after the equaliser we seemed to pick it up a bit.....but I'm not confident we can win this at the moment.1

Not a bad 15mins though... Charlton finally joined the party thirty minutes late and is a shame the half time whistle has been blown
In the centre of midfield we've been poor with Aribo dithering on the ball too much yet the work rate from Page and Solly is keeping us dangerous... Pearce and Bauer are dealing with Akinfenwa well in Defence whilst Sarr is having an off day
WTF has Phillips done though to piss off Bowyer though; Steer is awful and have no confidence in him at all (Was 1-1, they had a corner and he came running out of his goal getting no where near the ball and so gave Wycombe a free attempt and would have scored had it not been for Pearce heading clear) - Unfortunately is the only bad bit of business Bowyer has done this summer
Would get Lapslie (Pratley) and Vetokele (Ajose) on early in the 2nd Half with Reeves (Aribo) in the last 10mins1 -

Watching on iFollow, first 2 minutes were great, the next 28 were awful.
First time we moved the ball as we should be and as we know we can, we scored. Taylor’s overhead kick was superb, would’ve been goal of the season had that gone in.
45 to go and with us being 1-1, attacking The Covered End, we should do better. Hopefully see Vetokele and Reeves in the second half.
