Brilliant. Much foul water under the bridge since then.

Would like to see Mascoll on the bench after his great performance Tuesday
  • Think we will win but will a poor game all round.

    1-0 Grant
  • Feels like we should win 2-0 , but this is Charlton so expect the unexpected.

Team is starting to shape up well, shame Fosu was a silly boy and he is not back in the mix. Although Cullen is on International, he has only played one game for us so it shouldn't affect the team too much.

Reckon he could be there now with Hackett-Fairchild off on loan

After Tuesday's utter non-show I can't see how RHF makes the bench

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought he was poor. On the Reeco loan thread there was talk that Bowyer almost cancelled the move because of his performance on Tuesday. Felt like we were watching different games.

I'm also gutted that you've beat me to Naby's Biggest Fan Boy.

A game we should & need to win if serious about a top 6 place. We won't of course.

    1-1

  • This game gives the flashback when we could have got a SF in the 06/07 League Cup and they completely dominated the game. We thought we just had to turn up...hope history doesn't repeat itself

I'm going to my sister in law's wedding tomorrow.
This is her 2nd wedding, the 1st time she got married was when we beat Southampton 5.0 in our 1st premiership game.
As we are at home again tomorrow I'm taking it as an omen.
    5.0 Charlton.

An infamous Charlton nightmare. Remarkable crowd - almost 19,000!

  • How about a nice easy win for once? 3-0, come on lads you can do it!

Silly boy? Wouldn't be too critical of Fosu. If I had been stamped on then kicked while I was on the ground I think I know how I would react, no matter how much I was bring paid!

thats not really that critical, also said light heartedly.... Any professional footballer should know where there are cameras you cant really react, but sometimes you cant really help it as you point out.

    Bauer will score.

Is your sister coming to the game?
  • A tight 2-1 win. KAG & Bauer.

Hoping we can build on our win last week and push up the table.

Bringing a couple of northern lads who are taking in the Charlton game before we all head to Wembley for England V Spain.

Hopefully, we can get on the front foot and take the match to Wycombe.
  • 2-1 Charlton.
Not yet ready to win convincingly, but we might get there.
Believe ForeverAddicted is spot on with starting 11. If Aribo isnt 100 percent Lapslie should be first in line. Ajose did enough vs Southend to defend his place. Did a lot of tracking back in number 10 role. Reeves/Marshall/Vetokele nice attacking options to come off the bench.

    Please ignore my last comment.
  • This will not be easy, especially without the excellent Cullen and Fosu. Not sure where our goals will come from yet again? But I think we will just sneak it, 1-0 Charlton.
