At the end of the tenancy when getting quotes for cleaning, gardening carpet cleaning etc allowed to charge what they want.
I know of course they get quotes from companies.

    Depending on your answer to golfie’s question but if you are the tenant, I would recommend you go for the letting agent’s recommendation. That way if there are any issues you’ve done as they recommended

    If you are the landlord then is there anything in the contract re: arrangements they have with cleaning companies you are bound by?

    I’d imagine some do.
