Have people who went to the Stevenage league cup match had their points added?
I emailed the club about this last week
Got a reply saying Stevenage points will be added in due course and Bristol points will be added early next week(so I'm guessing tomorrow as they weren't added today)

Don’t know about the cup game, they told me the Bristol game won’t be published till Wednesday. (When/If the QPR game hits general sale).
This is due to published criteria (anyone know anything about this criteria would be a big help)
This makes sense now, but would just have saved so much uncertainty (and the additional overhead of having to reply to questions) if they had just said that when announcing the ticket details & points structure last week
The QPR game. The club know how many people qualify for tickets in each phase probably until phase 7 [or Valley Gold] when it's a slight unknown how many VG members will attempt to purchase tickets, although by now the club would have a rough idea. The tickets did not go on sale until the 14th Aug, so as mentioned earlier in the thread the points for Bristol City game cannot be added until after the QPR tickets sell out or reach general sale. The Stevenage points could have been added before the QPR tickets went on sale but maybe the club expected to receive the tickets earlier or had already worked how the phased allocation would work. The QPR ticket allocation will probably be our smallest for the league season & it is unfortunate that the game has been scheduled for so early in the season where some people have not amassed enough points. As said by other people on this & other threads it is only 2 or 3 games a season when problems arise for some people unable to purchase tickets. The Loyalty point system would work perfectly if it was not for VG, & is almost an identical system to Millwall's. https://www.eticketing.co.uk/millwallfc/Common/CustomPage/Index/4
When you log in it is hard to see how many points you have in the bank as it were. The screen should say your name and how many loyalty points you have in the same place. All it says is ‘hi there’.
You are not logging into the tickets website. If you log into the ticket site, click on your name/ number [top right hand corner of page] the points total is show on your profile.
I have just tried that on my tablet. When I clicked on my name all that appeared was a big screen saying ‘take the next step’. Selling season tickets. Maybe it will do what you say once the season ticket push stops.
Try clicking the x on top right of the 'take the next step' advert.
No x on the top right on my tablet.
Anyway never mind, I reckon I might have enough points hidden away somewhere.
Not the top right of your tablet, the x top right of the advert for season ticket. That will then take the advert off your screen.
There should be a “points” button. There should also be a simple way to find details of coach travel, or even better, direct you there.

I think it's that.
The loyalty point system work well, it looks after those who do the most games and that is actually how it should be.

Well, theoretically we do. It’s been a week since the Stevenage match and I don’t think they’ve actually been added yet!
I checked my points before Bristol and I was on 560. Checked again yesterday and im now on 510 despite going to the Stevenage game? I thought points were from the last 2 seasons, but has this changed? I went to about 7 aways last year and maybe 5 the year before. I don't really want to email the club, so maybe someone more knowledgeable on here will know why I've lost points?

When you say you checked before Bristol, was that before the Watford game?
If it was that would be due to the previous season being included in the total, all points have now been re set to include last season and this season, and no longer including season 23/24

Ah right, I cant remember when I checked but may have been pre Watford. That makes sense. So your base points total is the last season only plus anything you buy this season @JohnnyH2

It’s for a couple of posts you’ve put up on here they didn’t like, each -25pts…

Phase 8 - 500 points but were restricted view tickets only
Club told me the play offs were counted as cup games and only 5 loyalty points were allocated for both home and away.
well I had 530pts, as my points readjusted after the Watford game, and went online at 2pm and could not buy a ticket every seat sold I tried to choose.

On the main CAFC website, scan under tickets.
