I'll just leave this image here. Someone who really cares that Charlton got relegated. 1 goal Taylor, just 1 goal.5
-
Nice of him to pipe up now he's got himself a new deal.
Grant comes across well3 -
He's such an egotistical little prick. Fuck him. Grant can do one too.1
-
This is such a crap situation yet another kick in the teeth for us long long suffering fans. Hoping for better times. Can’t remember a worse time in 25 years of supporting the club.1

those would be the teammates and manager that you shat on.2 -
No player has retweeted or commented apart from Andre Green I think.2

If we weren’t such a shitshow of a club this wouldn’t have happened , we could have signed the twunt on a decent contract and he’d still be our player in the championship but no we’ve had c*** after c*** turn up and make us the joke club of south London , shameful

I’m never going to drink G&T again!Fortune 82nd Minute said:I bought a signed picture of Grant and Taylor from the museum a couple of years ago.
Is it too late to ask for a refund?3 -
I’m amazed at all these plonkers wishing him well and saying “once and addick, always an addick!”13
-
So he's not managed to win many of us round?3

Can’t believe how many people in the comments are wishing him luck. Really hope we draw Nottingham Forest in the cup and Pearce snaps his leg into two.6

Proper cringe. 'All the best my hero' that couldn't even see out your contract as you didnt want to pick up an injury.robroy said:I’m amazed at all these plonkers wishing him well and saying “once and addick, always an addick!”

He's turned the comments off now, so maybe not quite the water off a ducks back he'd have us believe6

Did Karlan delete his comment?0

Cant see this on Instagram so can only assume he has blocked me. My comments on his posts were never rude or aggressive but clearly too much for his fragile ego to take. Must only want followers who will suck up to him. Standard behaviour for the gutless prick and nice from Grant too. He needs to remember the vast majority of us thought our own fans behaviour when he played us was disgusting. Wankers the pair of them3
-
Close the thread, and let's forget him. He's not worth wasting time and energy on. The man couldn't hold a candle to the likes of Lee Bowyer or Johnnie Jackson.12
-
A good move for him, but I certainly won't be wishing him well.
Indeed I'm not sure I've ever been more disappointed in 2 Charlton players, than with Taylor and Solly3 -
The “water off a ducks back” comment is pretty low.
What you did was wrong Lyle - you know it was, but you made your mind up that you were going to do it anyway. If fans who have stood by you and idolised you over the last two years want to message you with their disappointment, then that’s a situation that you have to take on the chin and accept.
As for those wishing him well and thanking him etc - have a massive word with yourselves.
What Taylor has done here is much, much worse than the Parker situation considering the circumstances.

He missed three games. He was truthful. Plenty of people, and plenty of lifers have conned their employers and customers more. Have a word with yourself cafctom and get some perspective. Players have done this for decades.24

No matter how he absolves himself there’s no justification for what he did. Got us relegated yet wishes us well. Absolute bell.7

Not nice.JoshAddick said:Can’t believe how many people in the comments are wishing him luck. Really hope we draw Nottingham Forest in the cup and Pearce snaps his leg into two.
He's acted like a selfish c*** and probably contributed to our relegation but no one deserves that.3 -
think what we know from Taylor is he'll be fine recovering from a broken leg as he'll be receiving money for sitting on his arse like he did when we was relegated in part to his actions.Baldybonce said:

I’d check to see if he has signed it, Tayl, then left before he finished it completely.Fortune 82nd Minute said:I bought a signed picture of Grant and Taylor from the museum a couple of years ago.

I can happily say I’ve never chosen break contract and down tools for any of my employers.ColinTat said:He missed three games. He was truthful. If you think what he’s done is fine, then whatever - I’ll stand by the opinion that it is complete bollocks.8 -
Social media culture. They’ll write him a nice message on Instagram so he’ll repost it for his story, they can gain a few followers.robroy said:I’m amazed at all these plonkers wishing him well and saying “once and addick, always an addick!”
No doubt the same people will be the first to boo him and call him every name under the sun whenever LT is next back at the Valley.3 -

Can’t stand this little bellend either. Was shit for us for 5/6 years. Scores a few tap ins and pens and thinks he’s Aguero. Prick5 -

But the rest of us floundering in League 1 can kiss his arse then presumably.Awful human.15 -
Should have known he’d make comments like this once he knew his money was coming back in on weekly basis.Something we’ll never know, but be interested to know which players and staff actually continue conversation with him. He seems very confident that there’s a big community who know and accept why he did what he did.2
