    I get it quite a lot, usually when I’m stressed.

    The worst is when something is still in my head when I go to bed. I usually get absolute stinkers of songs or theme tunes going round my head and it stops me from getting to sleep.

    Had the Australian Masterchef theme tune in my head once, wanted to cry.

    When I get it now, I switch on a country music channel and it disappears.
  • Don't suffer from ear worms. I've got my own personal jesus.

    That’s another of my ear worms. 
  • Try chewing gum... It works trust me. Southampton uni discovered it as a way of interrupting the flow of music.
