Rearrange my pencil case.
I always find walking the best way to clear my mind. Somehow a discombobulated mind is distilled by a gentle stroll. Doesn't necessarily needs to be in some shangri-la anywhere will do, although the wild terrain has a overwhelming tenacity to put worries in to perspective.1 -

I check my emails.............and finally reply to some Australian bloke who's trying to buy one of my small business interests I've got no further use for......tell him the price has gone up slightly (just to wind him up)
