1 of Lincolns players from the glorious cup run has been banned for 6 years.

He got a booking in 2 FA Cup games burnley and Ipswich.

It has now come out he was influencing betting by telling his friends to bet on those 2 yellow cards.

    That level of football and that salary, with the ability to influence a genuine bet. Maybe he just thought he could make a quick buck out of what could have maybe been a very non fruitful career. Not saying it was in any way the right thing but can see where he could have been coming from...
