Digital Microscope

Anyone have or used one of these? I have seen a lot on eBay for about £15/£20, but sounds a bit on the cheap side. I don't need anything flash, but it will need up to 600x zoom and would be handy if it was able to capture decent quality pics. I've read plenty of reviews, but i am always sceptical of these.

    Not digital, but I've achieved some decent shots just holding an old compact up to the eyepiece of my sons microscope.
