  • You can’t ask for more than that. Good movement, players comfortable on the ball and positive contributions from all.

Recco is a player. Good enough in the air and clever with his feet. A stark contrast to poor old Josh.

Marshall very good. Konsa silky. Kashi everywhere. Jay further up the pitch works well.

    Good stuff all round.

Ok -eleven men behind the ball for the second half then!

  • The story of the first half...

The Addicks well on top in the first 45 as @karlangrant's fine finish gives the hosts a one-goal lead. #cafc

  • Playing 3 at the back. Reeves playing well with several classy touches - certainly not looking lightweight. Most things going thru Kashi then out wide. Magennis is really not on it. Lovely goal from KAG.
  • Wemberleyy Wemberley!!
  • Let me get this straight we are lining up with Jacko on the left of a back 3?

Kashi and Aribo in front. Marshall and JDS either side. And KAG (now Reeco) up top WITH Magennis?
  • Here come the Addicks for the second half.... #cafc
  • Sorry for no details on shots, possession etc, BBC not covering it as far as I can see
  • KICK-OFF!

Oxford get the second period underway. #cafc
  • This evening's @CheckatradeTrpy attendance is 1,146 of whom 122 are part of the @YellowArmyOUFC. #OUFC

Why do I only get this information from the oppositions tweets?
  • SUB for Oxford: Dwight Tiendalli replaces Ricardinho. No changes for Charlton as the 2nd half gets underway. #CAFC 1-0 #OUFC

  • 48' After a bright start by United Charlton come forward and Tiendalli has to concede a corner from a deep cross. United deal with it well. #CAFC 1-0 #OUFC

Embarrassment on our part so try and hide the attendance.

    Just noticed 608 online + 345 guests.

That's almost as many as actually at The Valley.

How many on Valley Pass and am I commentating to more on here?
  • Marshall I admit is looking alright so far.
  • Would be good playing Chelsea U21's at Wembley...would Da Silva be cup tied?
  • 51' Magennis does well to nod down for Hackett-Fairchild but the U's defence snuff out the danger. 1-0. #cafc
  • 51' DaSilva's deep cross is headed down by Magennis and Shearer does well to claim the ball despite Williamson's presence. #CAFC 1-0 #OUFC

    Disappointing is it, Dazzler?
